1. Commercial Officer

Overview :

Responsible for the proposed barge nomination plan to be used for delivery of nickel ore by coordinating with barge vendors and the SPOM Department for barge arrival schedules. Able to manage and make all necessary documents related to barges such as shipments and sales reports in a timely manner. 

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management Business / Economy or related field
  • More than 2 years of working experience in the same role (Commercial Officer) 
  • Experience in a mining company regarding shipping operations and shipping documents (Nickelodeon Mining is preferred) 
  • High integrity, loyalty, honest, discipline, and adequate service in carrying out duties and responsibilities
  • Willing to be placed in Makassar, South Sulawesi (Domiciled in Makassar is preferred) 

2. HSE Manager for Smelter

Overview :

Responsible for managing, evaluating, controlling, and recommending environmental aspect (including hygiene) in the company. Develop best practices to reduce or remove potential hazards, and execute an effective workplace health and safety management system to avoid the risks of irreversible accidents. 

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in K3 or related field
  • More than 12 years of working experience in HSE
  • More than 2 years of working experience in the same role (HSE Manager) 
  • Experienced in Smelting industry is mandatory
  • Held SMP, First Aid, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certificate will be an advantage
  • Good analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on Roster basis

3. HSE Superintendent for Smelter

Overview :

Responsible for managing, evaluating, controlling, and recommending environmental aspect (including hygiene) in the company. Develop best practices to reduce or remove potential hazards, and execute an effective workplace health and safety management system to avoid the risks of irreversible accidents. 

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in K3 or related field
  • More than 8 years of working experience in HSE
  • More than 2 years of working experience in the same role (HSE Superintendent) 
  • Experienced in Smelting industry is mandatory
  • Held SMP, First Aid, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 certificate will be an advantage
  • Good analytical skills, outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi on Roster basis

4. Specialist Resources Geology

Overview :

Responsible for the process of verification or validation of drilling databases, conducting geological modelling, estimation and reporting of mineral resources/ore reserves from additional drilling information in the field according to goverment standards SNI/KCMI/JORC.

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor of Master Degree in Geological Engineering
  • Experience of more than 6 years in modelling of geological processes, geostatistics, estimation of model blocks and reporting of mineral resources (Nickel Mining is preferred) 
  • Held CPI Nickelodeon certificate will be an advantage
  • High integrity, loyalty, honest, discipline, and adequate service in carrying out duties and responsibilities
  • Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi (roster 6:2) 

5. Superintendent Employee & Industrial Relation

Overview :

Responsible for all aspects of industrial and employee relations, such as managing employee relations activities and services, building relationships with all employees regarding company compensation, benefit programs, and Bipartite LK, Coordinate with all head department in handling employee issues or industrial disputes, and finding appropriate solutions based on company regulations and applicable labor laws. 

Requirements :
  • Bachelor's of Master's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or Management
  • More than 3 years of working experience in the same role is mandatory (Nickel Mining and Smelting Industry is preferred) 
  • Possess Human Resources Certificate will be an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and negotation skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • High level compliance, excellent knowledge in Indonesian manpower regulation and labor law
  • Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi (roster 6:2) 

6. Recruitment Officer (On site) 

Overview :

Recruitment officer will be responsible for end-to-end hiring process (especially for onsite personnel) for sourcing and shortlisting candidates to onboarding, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. 

Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) major in Psychology
  • At least 1 year working experience as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, preferably from Mining / Nickel Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Zoom
  • Familiar with Canva and Figma is a plus
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and other job portal is a must
  • Well organized, and have excellent communication skill
  • Positive working attitude
  • Able to wok in fast pace environment with minimal supervision
  • Willing to be placed in Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi (roster 8:2)
