Lowongan Kerja PT Merdeka Battery Materials Maret 2023 - PT Merdeka Battery Materials adalah perusahaan yang mengembangkan usaha industri hilirisasi pengolahan nikel dan material turunanya, dimana perusahan ini mempunyai tiga anak usaha yang masing-masing bergerak disektor nikel dengan kepemilikan secara mayoritas. Perusahaan tersebut adalah PT J&P Indonesia (JPI), PT Zhao Hui Nickel (ZHN), dan PT Jcorps Industri Mineral (JIM).

JPI sendiri adalah perusahaan yang memegang kepemilikan saham 51,0% dari PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) yang memegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan nikel seluas 21.100 hektar di Kecamatan Routa, Kabupaten Konawe, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Sementara itu, ZHN saat ini sedang membangun empat jalur RKEF dengan total kapasitas sekitar 50ktpa Ni yang diharapkan akan beroperasi pada kuartal kedua 2023.

JIM memiliki 32% saham atas Indonesia Konawe Industrial Park (IKIP), perusahaan patungan dengan Tsingshan Holding Group yang akan mengembangkan kawasan industri nikel di masa depan di dalam area konsesi SCM. Investasi nikel, kobalt, dan tembaga di masa depan akan dijalankan dengan kemitraan strategis baru antara Merdeka dan Hong Kong Brunp CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited), pemasok baterai kendaraan listrik terbesar di dunia. 1. Manager Resources Development 

Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Geology / Geostatistics / Mine Engineering 
  • Minimum 15 years experience in exploration or production geology with 8 years experience in managerial position 
  • Advanced technical knowledge of mineral resource estimation, geology, and geostatistics 
  • Knowledge of database systems and QAQC procedures 
  • Strong background in exploration and/or production geology preferred 
  • Registered Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) as defined in KCMI for laterite nickel
  • POP Certified
  • Placement : Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 
Key Roles :
  • Accountable for providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of the overall mineral resource strategy, including developing and continuosly updating resource models and reporting resource estimates in accordance with the global reporting codes and standards
  • Responsible for the translation of technical information and strategic intent into strategic business plans
  • Establish and oversee the collection and collation of geological data systems from drilling and sampling in accordance with the global industry standard, including the QAQC data systems
  • Organize, plan and manage personnel and other department resources to meet MRM functions objectives
  • Establish and define work procedures and practices to institute accept able standards of outputs and performance
  • Define capital and budgetary requirements and manage the departmental budget for the achievement of mineral resources activities and objectives
  • Develop and manage a network of project specialists, technical consultants, and contractors in the mineral resource function

2. Manager Mine Engineer & Services

Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering major
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Mining Operations role with 5 years experience in managerial role
  • Know mine engineering, sheduling, & mining optimization software
  • Mine Design Concepts & Operations
  • Awareness of Indonesian Mine operation regulatory requirements
  • Certified POM
  • Proficient in English both written & oral
  • Placement : Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Key Roles :
  • Coordinate with superiors and related parties regarding annual and quarterly production targets achievement
  • Validate planning details including mining design, location, and direction
  • Create a strategic plan to achieve monthly, weekly, and daily production target
  • Ensure that all designs to be applied have gone through geo technical and hydrological analysis
  • Ensure the direction of mining is aligned with the established planning
  • Aligning coordination between sub-divisions so that mining operations are directed, measurable, and guaranteed safety

3. Superintendent Operation Training

Requirements :
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Engineering Major / Education Engineering (Pendidikan Keteknikan) 
  • Minimum 8 years experience as technical instructor, operation training & development in similar industry
  • Have a good understanding of technical development system such as mechanic development, operator development, etc. 
  • Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills
  • Have strong interest on multimedia communication and expert on making video
  • Expert to use Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good understanding of environment, health & safety relate to regulation in mining sector industry
  • Placement : Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
Key Roles :
  • Design, develop and implement technical training programs according to business operational needs
  • Develop technical competency matrix based on operational needs
  • Conduct technical training analysis based in competency matrix, regulatory requirement, and operational needs
  • Working together with operational Department, develop internal training module based on approved competency matrix
  • Organizing, controlling, coordinating and monitoring all technical training program (internal, inhouse and external) to ensure the implementation of the operational training program according to the plan
  • Design, develop and implement technical training evaluation system and Conduct training evaluation report
  • Plan, control, monitor and assign instructors in the framework of implementation operational training according to the material and specialization of the instructors
  • Monitor and propose instructors in development programs for knowledge enhancement and the teaching skills of the instructors
