Lowongan Kerja PT Stardust Estate Investment Terbaru 2023 - PT Stardust Estate Investment (SEI) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan Kawasan Industri yang berlokasi di Desa Bunta,  Bungintimbe dan Tanauge, Kecamatan Petasia dan Petasia Timur, Kabupaten Morowali Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.

Kawasan Industri PT. SEI memiliki tenant yang akan menempati kawasan tersebut yaitu PT. Gunbuster Nickel Industry (1.800.000 ton/tahun ferronikel), PT. Nadesico Nickel Industry (1.800.000 ton/tahun ferronikel), dan PT. Ideon Nickel Industry Satu (150.000 ton/tahun ferronikel).

PT. SEI telah menyelesaikan Pembangunan Kawasan Industri Pematangan Lahan (Tahap 1) yaitu Pabrik Smelter dan Area PLTU Tenant PT. GNI serta pengerjaan jaringan jalan yang terdiri dari pelebaran, perataan, dan pengecoran jalan serta pembentukan slope.

Fasilitas pendukung yang dimiliki oleh PT. SEI yaitu berupa Office, Mess, Klinik (Pembangunan), Police Station, Military Station, Fire House, Training  Center, HSE Building (Pembangunan) BTS Tower (100%), TPS Sementara LB3 (Rencana Pembangunan), Laboratorium (Pembangunan), dan Stockpile, Warehouse (Pembangunan).

1. CSR STAFF

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology / Communication / Public Relation
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the same field
  • Attention to detail
  • Having good communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in North Morowali, with 10 : 2 Roster System.

Job Descriptions:
  • Manage CSR arrangements and agenda including materials and budget allocations determined
  • Submit reports within the specified time
  • Planning and reporting of CSR and Community Development program implementation
  • Archive data neatly and systematically related to all CSR activities.

2. SHE Supervisor

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Engineering / Public Health
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the same field,
  • Having "Ahli K3 Umum" certification,
  • Having Accident Investigation Certification,
  • Proficient in regulations regarding safety and the environment in the industrial park or smelter sector
  • Proficient in SMKP and SMK3
  • Having the ability to create Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to work (PTW), contractor safety management system
  • Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 : 2 roster system.



Job Descriptions :
  • Create and Implement SHE Program
  • Responsible to planned and unplanned safety inspections in mining area,
  • Having the responsibility in good safety directives in the field
  • Monitoring the implementation of SOPs has been carried out well by all employees,
  • Create SHE report and IBPR (Identifikasi Bahaya. dan Pengendalian Resiko),
  • Liaise with the internal department, head office, and external interested parties and regulatory authorities on matters about safety and health.

3. Surveyor Supervisor

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Geodetic / Mining / Civil / Geology)
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in the same field,
  • Proficient in Ms. Office, Visio, Mining Programs (Surpac, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and others)
  • Proficient in measuring Instruments (Geodetic, Total Station, RTK, Drone, Water pass, etc)
  • Attention to detail for analyzing and reporting
  • Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 : 2 roster system.

Job Descriptions :
  • Creating a work plan
  • Coordinating and controlling measurement activities in the industrial estate and measurement outside the industrial estate
  • Monitoring the work of the infrastructure team
  • Providing data and survey results
  • Planning the need for labor and material section survey for annual budget.

4. Surveyor Staff

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Geodetic / Mining / Civil / Geology) 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
  • Proficient in Ms. Office, Visio, Mining Programs (Surpac, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and others) 
  • Proficient in measuring instruments (Geodetic, Total Station, RTK, Drone, Water pass, etc) 
  • Attention to detail for analyzing and reporting
  • Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 : 2 roster system

Job Descriptions :
  • Drafting
  • Doing field orientation, processing field survey data, volume calculation and grade control system
  • Perform measurement and mapping tasks
  • Mapping new location (project).
