1. Creative Director

Job Description :

Actively collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department, and be willing to communicate with Clients in person as needed
Effectively transfer the message from Clients to the Creative & Production Team to ensure that all parties reach an agreement on how to achieve positive results and drive the performance of SKENA.
Provide helpful feedback to strategy, and generate inspiring ideas in order to create even more high-quality works.
Coordinate and manage creative resources reasonably to improve both effectiveness and efficiency.
Review works monthly and quarterly, and report to Managing Director.
Be passionate about innovative ideas, and encourage others to generate different ideas.
Take responsibility and keep commitments when facing huge challenges or mistakes.
Provide different possible solutions to broaden horizons and achieve goals. Have cost management skills, and ensure that creative ideas can be executed.

Qualification :

Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design or any related fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, design, media, or other related fields.
Have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your creative abilities and understanding of design principles.
Experienced in leading a team of creative professionals.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, oral and written.
Able to clearly articulate their vision and ideas to both their team and clients.
Able to think strategically and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
Have strong project management skills: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to create effective and relevant work.

2. Videographer (Intern)

Job Description :

Creating short bite-sized video for Reels & TikTok.
Shooting and editing digital ads.

Qualification :

Creative and have willingness to learn and experiment.
Able to operate camera and audio recording equipment.
Have basic video editing skills with mobile apps (VN/Inshot/CapCut, etc) and PC software (such as Adobe Premier/Final Cut, After Effects).

3. Full time / Intern Web Developer

Job Description :

Melakukan pengembangan website sesuai dengan keinginan klien dari tahap awal hingga selesai.
Mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan masalah terkait UI/UX.
Bertanggung jawab untuk memahami tujuan project dan membentuk website yang sesuai dengan tujuan.
Mengembangkan produk digital dari Skena.
Melakukan maintenance terhadap website user/perusahaan baik dari sisi dashboard website ataupun hosting.
Memastikan kinerja website beroperasi dengan optimal.

Qualification :

Pendidikan minimal D3 (sederajat)
Pengalaman menjadi web developer selama 1-2 tahun.
Pengalaman menggunakan framework/CMS website seperti wordpress/wix.
Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan deadline.
Kreatif, detail dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik.
Mengerti Google Analytics dan Google Search Console.
Memahami tentang shared hosting, VPS, dan optimasi website.
Menguasai tools desain seperti Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, dan Figma.
Mampu menggunakan HTML, CSS, Javascript menjadi nilai tambah.
Dapat mengerti tentang responsive design dan design system.
Berpengalaman membuat wireframe, prototypes, storyboard, dan userflow untuk menjelaskan ke klien.
Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu, detail dan sesuai dengan timeline.
Dapat menggunakan beberapa builder wordpress seperti DiVi dan Elementor.
Bisa melakukan kustomisasi terhadap themes wordpress.
