Rekrutmen PT Indonesia Konawe Industrial Park Terbaru 2023 - PT. Indonesia Konawe Industrial Park (PT. IKIP) adalah sebuah kawasan industri yang terletak di Kecamatan Routa, Kabupaten Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara. Kehadiran PT IKIP yang menjalankan usaha di Routa memang memberikan harapan  besar terhadap masyarakat lokal. Karena perusahaan telah mengestimasikan akan menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 15 ribu pekerja. Bahkan baru  di tahap pekerjaan konstruksi saat ini sudah mengakomodasi perekrutan  tenaga kerja dari masyarakat sebanyak 250 orang, sebagai buruh tenaga konstruksi.

1. Purchasing Staff

Qualifications :
  • Age range from 20 to 35 years old
  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Bahasa, English Language, Mandarin is preferred
  • Good morals
  • Preferably have work experience in Chinese overseas investment companies or manufacturing industry
  • Min of 3 years experience in the related/relevant field
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 

Key Roles :
  • Responsible for the smooth supply-chain company
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to superiors
  • Complete all tasks given by superiors
  • Able to work together in groups and individually

2. Safety Officer (Electrical) 

Qualifications : 
  • Age ranged from 20 to 30 years old
  • Min Bachelor degree in the related field 
  • Min 3 years of experience in the related position
  • Has K3 General Certificate 
  • Has safety management experience 
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS 
  • Fluency in Bahasa, and English language 
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 

Key Roles :
  • Responsible for designing policy and procedure that help orevent harm to workers and properties 
  • Provide support to Project Managers and Construction managers for moderately complex and moderate to large-scale projects by communicating and reinforcing institutional and divisional electrical safety and lockout/tagout policies to subcontractors, project teams and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure project completion in a safe manner, within schedule and in accordance with the Electrical Safety Manual and other reguirements

3. Safety Officer (Machinery) 

Qualifications :
  • Age ranged from 20 to 30 years old
  • Min Bachelor degree in the relevant field 
  • Min 3 years of experience in the relevant position
  • Has K3 General (Electric Specialty) Certificate  
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS 
  • Fluency in Bahasa, and English Language
  • Good manner and morals
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 

Key Roles :
  • To ensure appropriate risk assessment is performed and reviewed
  • To assist in the investigation of any incident, accident and dangerous occurrence, and advise on the remedial measures to be taken to prevent the recurrence
  • To advise the company on the implementation of measure to be taken in the instead of safety and health of the persons employed in the factory premises
  • To compile safety records of statutory equipment (e.g. lifting devices, pressure vessels, etc.), accident records, workers safety orientation / training and minutes of meeting etc. 

4. Safety Officer (Mining) 

Qualifications :
  • Age ranged from 20 to 30 years old
  • Min Bachelor degree in the related field 
  • Min 5 years of experience in the related position
  • Has K3 General, Infrastructure, Experience in Mining (POP Certificated) 
  • Fluency in Bahasa, and English language
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS 
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 

Key Roles :
  • Responsible for the implementation of mine site safety processes and implements, corporate safety initiatives, and conducts associated safety training
  • Ensures that mine operations are in overall compliance with Provincial, local and site statutes and corporate standards by educating mine employees on health and safety issues and reviewing mine processes
  • Responsible for ensuring that Safety Department actions are based on sound business, safety, and environmental goals

5. Safety Trainer

Qualifications :
  • Age ranged from 25 to 35 years old
  • At least Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Min 5 year of experience in relevant field
  • Good communication skills, manners, and morals
  • Fluency in Bahasa, and English Language
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS 
  • Has Level 3 TOT Certificate, and K3 General Certificate
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles :
  • Visit each client's workplace, examine potential dangers, provide training materials that help avoid these problems and provide certification to each employee who finishes their course
  • Review potential threats in a given area, help create countermeasures to minimize potential Riska, and assess the training needs of employees
  • Working effectively and efficiently in the public sector and for the provision of support to the local manager in relation to compliance with risk assessment




6. Safety Team Leader

Qualifications :
  • Age ranged from 20 to 30 years old
  • Min Bachelor degree in the relevant field 
  • Min 3 years of experience in the relevant position  
  • Fluency in Bahasa, and Mandarin Language is must
  • Experienced in Safety work
  • Has a SIM A driving license
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS 
  • Good manner and morals
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 

Key Roles :
  • Improve safety performance by conducting periodic inspections and surveillances
  • Report to management when safety deficiencies exceed existing resources or corrective action is needed
  • Assist in developing a Job Safety (or Hazard) Analysis (JSA) for each job to help determine training needs
  • Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
  • Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics

7. ESG Engineer 

Qualifications :
  • Age ranged from 20 to 35 years old
  • Min bachelor degree in the related field
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS 
  • Min 5 years of experience in the relevant position 
  • Fluency in Bahasa, English language 
  • Good manner and morals 
  • Has 'Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan' (Amdal) certificates, 'Perlindungan Lingkungan (Penanggung Jawab Pengendalian Pencemaran Air (PPPA)' certificates, Penanggung Jawab Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara (PPPU)', 'Penanggung Jawab Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (PAPLB3)' certificates 
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 

Key Roles :
  • Plan, develop, and implement ESG and sustainability programs in accordance with company goals, company commitment to sustainability, and stakeholder interests 
  • Develop basic metrics and key performance indicators to monitor progress in various areas of Sustainability initiatives 
  • Create annual reports on ESG, Sustainability, and/or Impact to describe progress and address compliance 
  • Engage with industry partners, associations and companies to develop an ESG strategy 

8. Surveyor Supervisor

Qualifications :
  • Age range from 25 to 40 years old
  • At least posses a Bachelor Degree in the relevant field
  • Min 5 year of experience in the related field
  • Good communication skills, manners, and morals
  • Fluency in Bahasa, and English Language
  • Experienced in operating tools such as total station, gps geodetic, auto level, waterpass, drone, etc. 
  • Good morals
  • Expert in operating Microsoft Office
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles :
  • Responsible for on-site survey work and surveyor staff management, and train surveyor staff work skills
  • Assisting in coordinating work related to external parties
  • Complete all tasks given by superiors
  • Managing and training employees

9. Corporate Communication Engineer

Qualifications :
  • Age ranged from 20 to 35 years old
  • Holding at least a Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS 
  • At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field  
  • Fluency in Bahasa, and English Language, Mandarin (preferred) 
  • Good morals and attitude
  • A good range of experience in industrial park license
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi 

Key Roles :
  • Providing advice to Management Concerning Policies, Relationships and Communications
  • Disseminating planned messages through traditional mass media and social media platforms to further the organizations interests
  • Relating directly with legislatur es and regulatory agencies on behalf of the organization
  • Identifying and addressing issues of public concern that affect the organization

10. Drafter / Designer Admin

Qualifications :
  • Age ranged from 20 to 35 years old
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectures
  • Have the ability to read or translate images
  • Expert in operating CAD software and conventional drafting posts to produce various designs, shapes, charts, measurement drawing and notes
  • Min 1 year of experience in relevant field
  • Good communication skills, manners, and morals
  • Fluency in Bahasa, and English Language
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles :
  • Analyze building regulations, room and space requirements, as well as various technical documents and other reports to help determine the effect on an architectural design
  • Design a rough and detailed plan for foundation structures, floor plans, and other drawings based on concepts, sketches, specification sheets, engineering calculations, and various other data
  • Provide consultation on the form of room decoration

11. Construction Management Supervisor

Qualifications :
  • Age ranged from 25 to 40 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree in the related field
  • Min 5 years experience in the related position
  • Level 2 and above of IKIP's Mandarin language test, Fluency in Bahasa, and English language
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS
  • Good communication skills, manner, and morals
  • Willing to be placed at Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles :
  • Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required
  • Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines
  • Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction
  • Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections
